How We Started

drvincentho Ltd was born from a simple observation. We noticed older adults in Waterford weren't getting outdoors nearly enough, and when they did, they weren't doing it safely or confidently. The Greenway was right there — stretching from Dungarvan to Waterford, absolutely perfect for leisurely rides — but most seniors felt intimidated.

So we decided to change that. We're not a massive cycling brand or corporate entity. We're a group of experienced guides who understand that cycling for older adults isn't about speed or competition. It's about feeling strong, staying active, and enjoying time with others who get it.

Since we started, we've guided hundreds of seniors through their first Greenway rides, helped people recover from falls or injury with gentle reintroduction programs, and built a community where age is just a number. We've seen people discover they're capable of way more than they thought.
